Is it possible to get more statistics in this feature? Primarily: Usage rate, free-throw rate, and three-point rate? Thank you!
add steals and blocks (to all measurements- 75 possessions, 36 minutes, and per game)to stat line shift and other stuff
Add percentiles to player vs player tab. For Example, when a player has a defensive field goal of -3 say that they are in the 90th percentile.
Can heaves be filtered in true shooting and all other efficiency stats? Players shouldn't be punished for missing heaves and others shouldn't be rewarded for not taking them.
Could be interesting to see what the averages are for both players to compare them with the matchup data
Would be really cool to quickly compare two players playtype efficiency (or relative PPP when comparing different eras) in the offense tab on player vs player.
Basically add last x games support so you can see team stats in whatever amount of games. For example the warriors have x ppg in the last 10 games
basically like on pbpstats
Would be really useful to understand what exactly everything means or how it's being pulled/calculated. In "Matchups," what exactly does it mean for one player to guard the other? Where is the data from? Etc. Amazing work, thank you!!
When choosing a new start or end season, the data refreshes automatically which is great but you can't see it right away because the season selection dialog box stays open on top of it even though the user is finished with it (or can re-open it if they want to change seasons again).
Right now, the easiest way to share insights from this AWESOME site is to take screenshots. I’d love to have the ability to easily share the data I’m viewing by having dynamic URLs that adjust based on what filters I’ve applied
Adds important context and stops people drawing incorrect conclusions in small samples.
playtype trends to the last X games tab would be super insightful
Adding footage for the matchup data, though I'd shrink this to only results (e.g. pts, tov, ast) since a player can change matchups many times in a single possession.
Any feedback?
